Charter Rates:
$125 per seat.
The chartered trip is for 8 hours or until limit is filled. Seats are individually chartered and individuals are grouped to fill the available seats. (4 seats are available.)
$400 boat and guide.

Lake Texoma regulations: Texoma fishing license is required. 10 fish with only 2 over 20" per day..
Deposit:
1/2 required upon booking.
We subscribe to PayPal services which we encourage all our customers to use. PayPal can accept major credit cards as well as money transfers. Thus is the easiest way to pay both the deposit and balance.
The balance is due before departure on the morning of the trip. If you would like to pay the balane by credit card you can pay through Pay- Pal. Bring the Pay-Pal reciept showing that the balance was paid or bring cash. I can not process credit cards or accept checks at the boat.
If you want to pay for the charter using a check it will need to be sent and the funds cleared in advance of the trip (7-10 days recommended)
For Depsits we will take personal checks, certified checks, or money orders. Checks need to clear the bank before reservations are confirmed, usually 3-4 days after we receive the funds. We are sorry but we are unable to accept credit cards directly.
Refunds:
Refunds are given if notice of cancellation is sent in writing prior to 14 days of the scheduled trip.
No refund of the deposit is given for less than 14 days notice but we will assist in rescheduling your trip.
No refund for no shows.
Weather conditions are beyond our control. If weather conditions cause a trip to be cancelled or curtailed we will be glad to reschedule at the earliest convenient opening.
